Panglao Beach in Bohol


Panglao Beach is known to be one the most attractive sceneries in the Philippines, found in Panglao Bohol. A 30 to 45 minute ride from Tagbilaran City. The road to Panglao Beach is like going to a very remote area. wile driving to this place, one can see wild plants, tall grasses and big trees alongside of the road. At the end of the trip, unimaginable white sand can be seen even from afar, and when one reaches the filled with cottages under the coconut trees fronting the sea area, one can hardly breath by its awesome view.

A wonderful horizon where the sky meets the sea, a very romantic scene where lovers can silently understand how they would feel to each other. A place visited by many foreigners enjoyed by tourists and vacationed by rich and average people for relaxation. Children and adults alike felt the joy of swimming and breathing the fresh air from the sea. One can hardly wait but dive into it to feel the freshness of the water into his skin. As one walks along to the deeper part, he'll be surprised by the coldness as his feet sunk in a hole like in some part of the sea, a spring of cool water boiling upward the surface of the sand.

One thing that makes it unique is that you can see a lot of starfishes here with different specie and cute, little jelly fishes when you go further from the shore. Just be aware on where you're stepping and going. You might get contact with those jellyfishes but they won't harm you seriously anyway.

One can always utter some praises to the Creator how awesome this creation is. Bohol is known for interesting sites like Panglao Island. It boasts of its white beach which is so natrural. Shallow clear waters is very good for people who just want to wade and frolic in the beautiful white beach. Panglao island seems like a paradise.

Different people can be seen in this beach, from the conservative Filipinos who swim with their shorts and shirts on to semi bare foreigners with their two piece on exposing their white skins.

There are also hotels in this beach for those who like to stay for more days or overnight.
